Even though spring is right around the corner, things can still seem grey and gloomy, especially if you're grieving the loss of a loved one. Deb's Circle is hosting "Mourning Coffee," a free, drop-in program where we can discuss grief, loss, and mourning over a cup of coffee or tea. Join us Saturday April 4th for our first session.

Deb’s Circle has delivered a number of programs free of charge to women in our community, including Gentle Yoga and Meditation, Grief Support for Survivors of Su***de Loss, Art to Heal the Heart, Emotions in Motion (Dance), Storytelling and Journaling, among many more. The response to these programs has been overwhelmingly positive such as the testimony below.
