Back in April, I made a decision that felt both vulnerable and brave — I reached out for help.

I had been struggling with symptoms that so many women quietly deal with... bladder leakage.

It’s one of those things we don’t talk about enough,

but it affects our confidence, our comfort, and even how freely we move through our day.

That’s when I met Sherry Heenan Holistic Women’s Health Physiotherapy a pelvic floor physiotherapist who has quite literally changed my life.

She didn’t just help me strengthen muscles — she helped me reclaim control.

Week by week, she gave me the tools and confidence to trust my body again.

The difference now is that I know what to do, and I have the confidence to live my life without fear or embarrassment holding me back.

This month, I’m taking time to step away from my day-to-day and step deeper into my work — and myself.

I’ll be attending a 7-day Yoni Temple immersion designed to deepen connection, embodiment, and understanding of the feminine body.

My intention is to return with new tools, insights, and ways to support women in every stage of womanhood

This isn’t just professional development; it’s personal growth. The more I learn to listen to my own body, the more deeply I can hold space for yours.

Here’s to evolving, expanding, and continuing to serve from a place of presence, trust, and compassion. 🌹
