I’m honored to step into a new role as Team Lead Mentor at Integrative Breath. 💫

In this position, I’ll be assisting in:

✨ Guiding students through their breathwork journey
✨ Helping create coherence and connection across the community

Breathwork has been a powerful part of both my personal healing and professional growth. It’s allowed me to release old patterns, restore my energy, and reconnect with myself on a deeper level.

Now, I’m grateful for the opportunity to support others as they learn, grow, and step into their own leadership through this life-changing practice. 🌿
