As we are on the cusp of a new year, a year filled with potential, hope, and mystery. I often take time to reflect on the year that passed and years that have gone by.

The celebration of goals achieved, successes and growth however this year I am feeling prode in my achievements dreams that have become reality vs all the milestones that seem so far away right now, is not something that comes easy to me.

2024 brought me great losses of home, business, people, health challenges, but also love, professional achievements, growth, rest, introspection, and words of encouragement from a mentor that I didn't even know I needed.

I wish all of you a happy new year filled with growth, love, and health.

Hello We just wanted to clarify that we have moved to a new spot.

Welcome to our newest OMP at the clinic Taryn.
She will be offering manual osteopathic treatments at the clinic on Tuesday's and Thursdays.

Here is her bio

A prairie native born and raised in Saskatchewan, Taryn Javier travelled to Toronto and made her way to Calgary to pursue contemporary dance work as an artist and interpreter. Since 2000, she has studied, created, and performed in dance work throughout Alberta, Canada, the US and Europe. During this time she had the opportunity and pleasure of working with Mr. Johannes Randolf. During training, he would employ the Gyrokinesis® Method and supported further training to his artists through osteopathic manual treatment. The results achieved from training with Mr. Randolf alongside the osteopathic manual treatment produced results which thrilled and amazed Ms. Javier. Her experience with her body; mind, matter and motion, was one of positivity, balance, levity and strength. It was at this point, Ms Javier knew she would explore both these worlds at some point in her life.

To fund her passion for dance creation, development and production Ms. Javier took up flying the friendly skies and has worked as flight crew for the past 18 years. Eventually, she developed a desire to stretch her mind, body and spirit further and thus began the journey she set her mind on long ago through her work with Mr. Randolf.

After four years of intense study and hands-on work, Ms. Javier is only too thrilled to have the opportunity to practice with two of her esteemed instructors from the CAO here at Cochrane Osteopathy. She is excited for the expansion and growth these next steps present through the journey of osteopathic manual practice.

In all facets of life, you will find Ms. Javier doing what she loves; making moves and move making.
