Stampede essentials from your optometrist!

1. It is bright out there, wearing sunglasses protects your eyes from harmful UV rays. Sunglasses should have good coverage, anti-reflection coating and full protection for UVA and UVB. Polarization cuts down on glare and can make your vision more comfortable.

2. Prevent irritation due to dust by using preservative eye drops. These drop lubricate the eyes and provide comfort so you can stampede all day and night.

3. Sunscreen is important for you while body but don’t forget about the skin around your eyes! We recommend mineral sunscreen that both protective and gentle.
