The magic in massage is in becoming confident enough to both listen to the body and know how to speak (with your hands.)

We are actually having a conversation with the nervous system. We speak through different forms of input, pressure, pacing, stillness, movement, vibration, stretch (etc, etc). The nervous system takes this in and interprets it and creates outcomes. We then can “hear” those outcomes…through observation of nervous system states, tissue change, movement, breath (etc, etc.)

Then that unique experience of massage feeling like a conversation happens more often!

I am declaring war on perfection. Perfection is not a real thing and if it’s holding you back from doing something you love, or even just like and field enjoy doing more than it’s time to declare war. I have strong opinions about perfection today.

10/10 do not recommend you do this. (Cracking open glowsticks and using them as body paint… ) Because they have glass inside them, and you might hurt yourself. Would I do this again? Solid yes.

But to be clear, this is just nonsense I do with my friends. This is not a treatment option!
