Hey peeps! The sun is shining and there are promises of sunny weather this weeked to melt away all the piles of snow still lingering... yipppee!

I am looking to try something different in the way of sharing yoga. I've added an option that you can sign up for on my website to have a one hour yoga session on Monday evenings. Currently I have this set as a vinyasa flow but I am open to changing or adding another weekday evening to accommodate both.

Also, with nicer weather coming, we can find grass anywhere to practice in the glorious sunshine!

I am so excited to be hosting my very first Wellness Workshop next Sunday afternoon! Vikki and I will be sharing some lovely Spring focused medicine in the way of Qi Gong, Yoga and Acupunture. I am so excited and so nervous at the same time... yoga has been an amazing journey for me over the last nine years and it has given me so much to be grateful for. Sharing my passion in a setting like this is something I wish to continue each season ☺️

Has anyone needed support during their cancer journey? Wellspring Calgary has free membership with so many programs available via zoom, they provide the support and care you need for cancer patients and their caregivers. From 'money matters' topics, yoga, meditation, creative classes... just about anything you might need.

Wellspring Calgary is near and dear to my heart and the community I have found is amazing. I still get a peer support call every month which helps me find new programs for growth as I move past cancer.... you can continue being a Wellspring member well past your cancer diagnosis because a life is forever changed and being with members who have shared similar experiences gives us strength and a feeling of normalcy. I share this particular post because even with COVID-19, cancer has not stopped although it has left a lot of people disconnected from necessary resources. Wellspring Calgary is expanding into all communities across Alberta to provide support and care through cancer, you don't have to face cancer alone!

Hi Everyone! Spring is upon us in Alberta and it's hard to trust the weather from day to day... we will get snow, rain or plus 20C. Segway into my next video which contains a brief overview of what you can trust when you work with Light Bulb Moment Inc.
