Hello to current and future clients! As of 2025, I am raising my rates by $5 to $90 for 60 minute session and $125 for 90 minutes. Locally, these rates are very competitive but inflation calls after keeping pricing the same for 3 years. I am confident that your wellness is worth it and am happy to be of service.

Join the community at The Station and Cochrane Crossing Civic Plaza for a night of festivities. The first 10,000 residents to visit Council will receive a glow stick to help light up the night. Enjoy a hot chocolate, cozy up by the fire, and take part in fun activities for the whole family!

Skip the downtown parking - use Mitford Park or the Historic Ranche parking lot and hop on the free C**T shuttle to The Station. Shuttles run every 20 minutes from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
