When you find yourself feeling anxious,
Know that your body is asking for something different—an opportunity to listen more closely and respond with intention. It’s about learning to acknowledge the discomfort, observe your thoughts without judgment, and seek calm amidst the chaos.
Go out and search for that peace. Find it. Embrace it.
No matter what form it takes.
