and for all those interpreting why I am sharing this, I am referring to all drugs, not dividing into sides based on if they are currently illegal or legal, not dividing into sides based on who is selling them to whom, so to speak...the "addiction" the way i see it is everywhere....and I am not without deep empathy to everyone caught in this cycle, and I am not blanket anti drugs, just very aware of the addictive pattern i see running rampant everywhere...., regardless of what drugs and who they are being prescribed by and for (including all of our four legged friends.)

Sharing a few links to use to begin to explore how adding in a coherence practice to your own regime has the potential to dramatically improve many aspects of one’s life.
Personally, I am a committed and conscious Coherence Practitioner (I practice Daily, and I have for years now) and facilitator (A Resilience and a Coherence Trainer), and a Coach.
