Doctor Mama Bear Postpartum Sitz Tea 🌼
2 tbsp calendula flowers
1 tbsp lavender flowers
1 tbsp rose flowers
1 tbsp chamomile
2 cups boiled water
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a shallow bath or peri basin once cooled to a comfortable temperature and sit for 10–15 quiet minutes. A small ritual of tending in a season that asks so much of mamas.
Sometimes healing looks like flowers steeping quietly in the kitchen & sometimes it looks like steeping yourself in the flowers 😌🌼
