Connie, Marggie and Trista are our devoted counsellors/mental health therpaists. Our work is collaborative, holistic and culturally conscious. Our trauma informed practice recognizes the connection between body, mind, spirit, and relationship experiences. We offers virtual therapy for residents of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Asia. In-person counselling sessions are available in Calgary and Cochrane, Alberta.

Our counsellor, Trista, practised mindful walking with friends today in a beautiful park.
When we are able to practise mindfulness in our daily life, it increases our capabilities to live in the present moment and to enjoy life to the fullness.

Trista is good at using mindfulness-based psychotherapies to facilitate clients to increase their self-awareness for person growth and/or to heal from their trauma.
