1. Start slower than you think you need to
Just because you can do a 10km hike or bike ride doesn’t mean your body is ready for it

Discomfort is easier to address early.
4. Prioritize recovery
Sleep, hydration, stretching, and rest days matter too.
5. Keep moving consistently
Your body loves regular movement more than occasional intense workouts.
