WOW YOUR AWESOME, LISA HAS COME A LONG WAY FROM WHEN SHE STARTED HER FITNESS/ HEALTH JOURNEY. Thank you Richie and Ashley Mee for your motivation and unlimited support in my journey to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I can’t express my gratitude to you both for your continued encouragement and kindness. You are the most incredible trainers I have ever had the privilege of working with. I have been part of Tribe Team Training for just over a year now. Tribe Life and Fit the programs I started January 18th, 2017. I instantly fell in love with the workouts. I finally had that missing piece to the puzzle to push and motivate me to get to the physical and mental state I’ve always wanted to achieve. I have gained energy, strength and every class gives me the positive mental attitude to continue to push forward. The physical changes I have seen in not only myself but my friends and those on other Tribe Teams has been amazing to witness. I love my Tribe Family!

The new season starts March 5th with a free week and a new 6am Tribe FIT class is on the schedule for Tuesday and Friday mornings. It is one of the best workouts you will ever do!
