I am running 2 programs through Recreation and Culture Department, City of Campbell River.
The First is a 2hr Workshop is the Introduction to Gentle Somatic Yoga, which is on February 28th, from 10am-12pm. There are only 3 spots left for this workshop, out of 18. $30 investment
The second is a 6wk series - Feel the Movement Yoga, starting March 5th - April 9th, Thursday's 630pm-730pm. This is a Hatha Somatic Infused series, teaching you how to move with getting to know your individual body. $80 for all 6 classes, or $15 drop in if space is available during the 6 wks.
