Osteopathic Manual Therapy is a form of manual therapy which recognises the important connection between the structure and functions of the human body. Osteopathic Manual Therapists concentrate on how the bones, joints, muscles, nerves, circulation, connective tissue and internal organs function as a holistic unit using a wide range of hands-on techniques. Natalie and Jackie are currently working out of the Amaryllis Centre for Healing in Cochrane, Alberta.

Friday was bitter sweet. I worked my last day at Proactive Health Cochrane. January 1st would be 7 years since I started and shared space with this amazing group of people who I love dearly and will miss deeply. I am so grateful for the opportunity to grow and continue to build my practice at ProActive over the years, and grateful for the love and support shown to me from our incredible reception staff, all of the wonderful practitioners and of course all of you who gave me the privilege of being part of your health and healing journey. We have shared many laughs and some tears together, I’ve witnessed your transformations, regaining your function, getting back to your activities, finding joy, overcoming hardships, sharing in your loss and pain, excitement and welcoming new life. How lucky am I?! This space holds so many amazing and heartfelt memories. Thank you to the whole proactive team, and all of my wonderful clients 🙏🏻❤️

Sometimes life shakes things up for us, when it’s time to move and grow again, to push us out of our comfort zone! Change isn’t easy, the unknown is sometimes scary, but also exciting!! On Monday, December 1st I started seeing clients at Riverside Sports Therapy! All appointments booked for December, January and February have been moved to the new clinic, and the schedule for the remaining available days in December and onward is open for bookings!!

Please call the clinic to book your first appointment (403) 840-0500 and reception will set you up for future online booking 😊

I’m looking forward to the next chapter! So grateful to everyone at Riverside who have been so welcoming and helpful during this transition.
