Stay Healthy Peace Bringing the body into balance, recognizing the root cause of symptoms to correct the imbalances Crystal became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2016.

She was born and raised in Brampton, Ontario. She has had a passion for art and painting since the age of 16. She built a small business of painting various styles of art and specializing in personalized artwork and portraits. She has a unique talent in working with her hands however, it wasn’t fulfilling her drive. Over the years, Crystal decided that she needed a change to a more meaningful path

and with the years of experience in working with her hands to create artwork, she realized that her dream was to use her hands to help people with pain management so she thrived to pursue her calling in Massage Therapy. Crystal is eager to advance her skills and offer many different modalities to apply to her massage therapy treatments. She is trained to promote healing from injuries and pain management in over seventy different conditions by finding the root of the cause by performing assessment, treatments and providing home care plans. Crystal continues her passion as an artist in painting as a hobby and is extremely excited to start her new fulfilling career as a registered Massage Therapist.
