This is what a post work out meal should look like
My pre work out meal was cottage cheese and avocado
Just so that I’m not giving false information, I actually measured and added up the protein and fibre
33 grams of protein (the total of both pre and post meals)
10 grams of fibre
The well ness industry will have you believe that a protein powder laced with s**t, and a creatine powder are the things you need
I don’t know when we shifted health from real food to drinking concoctions full of chemicals, artificial flavours and heavy metals
But we did
And we wonder why our blood sugar is messed up, our gut is inflamed, our toxin levels are high
Don’t get me wrong- I love and strive for balance
Add in some collagen powder to your breakfast, and give creatine a try
But it’s an addition. Not the center stage
