Jessica Bateman graduated from the Mount Royal University 2200 hour massage therapy program in June 2015. Jessica challenges herself to continuously learn and develop her method of treatment. It is important to her to deliver a custom, well thought out and goal oriented massage for each and every client. This can be accomplished through relaxation massage, therapeutic or deep tissue usually incorp
orating a variety of passive and active movements. Jessica comes from an athletic background and has worked with athletes of all calibers ranging from Olympians and Olympic hopefuls to those just getting back into activity. She enjoys the unique challenges that sports injuries bring and is especially interested in shoulder injuries, although after a recent ACL tear, knee injuries are quickly working their way up on her list of interests. She is also employed on a part time basis with Mount Royal University assisting future massage therapists in their training. In Jessica's spare time she can be found on the Rugby pitch (playing of course) or at the dog park walking one giant Saint Bernard named Duff.
