Learning to hold space hasn’t come naturally to me.
I feel deeply.
I want to fix.
I want to help.
But I’m learning…
not everything needs to be fixed.
Sometimes the most powerful thing I can do—
is simply be there.
To witness.
To soften.
To allow.
Whether it’s a horse leaning in…
or someone on my table letting go…
Holding space is its own kind of medicine.
And I’m finally learning how to trust it. 🤍
