There is so much to be grateful for... a walk after a good meal, a really good hug, that first sip of hot coffee, cracking open a new book, falling into bed after a long day, family and friends that love you. Thank you, thank you. 😊

I'm learning to make a regular practice of noticing beautiful moments, taking time in nature even if it's a walk around the block and looking at my neighbour's gardens, giving myself the grace I offer others.
Sounds simple, but it's not always easy. It takes . 🧡

Baby steps could be ... take a few minutes when you wake up, during a break or before bed, and write down what you're grateful for that day. On hard days, it could simply be that you woke up and got out of bed. On better days, it may be waking up with relative good health and having a warm bed.

Add a few big breaths in and out. And give yourself a hug. Repeat as often as possible.

On my walk this morning I got a gentle reminder to keep going. 🌼

I'm so excited to share this collaboration with my friend Rosa and .rose.gallery. These essential oil blends are inspired by the artists that we love, and I hope that they are as evocative as their iconic art.

Essentially Michelangelo / Inspire Praktis, is a grounding blend. Woody, fresh and green. Wear throughout the day to feel a sense of steadiness and upliftment.

Essentially Monet / Calm Praktis is a soothing blend to bring relaxation to your day and night. Ideal for meditation and bedtime to calm the mind and body.

Essentially Van Gogh / Energy Praktis is an invigorating blend of earthy, forest scents that bring a "walk in the woods" feeling to your present moment.

Come and experience for yourself .rose.gallery!

There is so much to be grateful for... a sunny day, a visit with a friend, a blanket on the grass, under the shade of a tree, sitting by the water, enjoying iced lattes, sharing insights and filling each other's cups. Thank you thank you. 😊

I'm learning to make a regular practice of slowing down, connecting with loved ones, and asking for/and ACCEPTING support! Sounds simple, but it's not always easy. It takes . 🧡
