This last women’s retreat in Greece affirmed something deep within me—global retreats are my future.
It was also the closing of a chapter: my last women-only retreat. From here forward, I am calling in my brothers to join my sisters. Together, we will journey to sacred locations around the world—to connect, get inspired, and restore.

I’m currently researching retreats in Croatia and Alaska, and I know Terra and I will be bringing people back to Greece. This land is an ancient remedy for everyone, and the medicine here is undeniable.

Retreats are my passion. They call in specific souls at just the right time, weaving together the perfect recipe of energies that always create the most powerful experiences.

Two days of winding down on Nisyros and this little volcanic island has definitely left its mark. The sunsets aren’t just beautiful—they’re the kind you can’t capture on camera no matter how many angles you try. The local cats seem to think they run the place (and maybe they do), happily guiding tourists around like furry tour directors.

Nisyros may be calm and peaceful, but it’s sitting on one of the youngest volcanoes in Greece. The last eruption was in 1888, and the whole island still pulses with that volcanic energy. Ancient Greeks believed Poseidon himself created Nisyros by throwing part of Kos at a giant—so yes, even the myths here have some bite. The obsidian you find scattered around is a reminder that this island has always been a place of power, craft, and survival.

Quiet streets, strong history, volcanic heart. Nisyros leaves you with memories, laughter, and maybe a few new cat friends.

And then there were the hilarious happenings, the unexpected twists, and those inside jokes that will forever send us into gail force laughter, no matter where life takes us.

To the very special souls who made this possible: .kos, you were more than a retreat planner—you were the answer to our prayers in countless ways, holding every detail with love and excellence. I stood in the radiant light of the ancient temple of Asclepius and felt something older than memory open inside me — a lineage of healing that threaded through lifetimes, through hands that tended wounds and hearts that held space.

In that brilliance between stone and salt air, past-life memories stirred like sleeping seeds, and my cells remembered how to expand and receive the medicine they have always known.

I experienced deep, precise upgrades — not the flashy kind, but the steady rewiring of what it means to hold tenderness, to witness pain without fixing it, to offer remedies that honor the whole person. I gathered practical healing threads here — simple remedies, rituals, and a devotion to craft — and carry them home not as trophies but as promises: to tend, to teach, to keep a lineage alive.

May this place remind us that healing is ancestral work, sacred and relentless, and that each of us can become a living bridge for those who come after.

The sea calls me Home.

In my Astrology Chart, I hold Fire, Air, and Earth in abundance. But Water? Only two placements—Mars in Cancer (restricted in expression) and Uranus in Scorpio.

So what does a Water-deficient soul need? Water itself.

Streams, rivers, seas, glaciers, plunges—wherever I find her, I remember myself. Water restores me. She balances, cleanses, and carries me back to wholeness.

At the time of Mabon and the New Moon Eclipse, we gathered at the Hippocrates Garden, one of the most sacred of places.

We came together in sisterhood and unity. Baring our souls and courageously being vulnerable. As the sun was setting, you could feel the comradery and bond. Here are the silhouettes of my soul sister and myself.

The Hippocrates Garden was created by an incredible woman named Julia, who channels Hippocrates himself. She shared not only his story but the truth of the remedy: it is the spirit that needs the cure, not the body. The body struggles as the spirit does.

We explored herbs, gardens, and places built from pure love and heart-led inspiration. We drank wine with the ancient ones in the temple.

A true gift.

What it means to hold space at our retreats?

When you step into one of my retreats, you’re entering more than a schedule of activities—you’re entering a sacred container.

My role as a space holder is not to fix, force, or direct your path. It’s to create a field of safety, trust, and reverence where you can soften, release, and remember your own wisdom.

I guide, but I also listen. I hold the edges of the circle so you feel free to explore your depths. This means building a safe community, inviting ritual and intention, protecting vulnerability, and encouraging each person’s journey to unfold naturally.

At its heart, space holding is about love without conditions. It’s the invisible thread that carries every retreat I create.

Today was a beautiful hike arranged by .eu for our Kos Women's Retreat.
We hiked through castle ruins, sea views, many entertaining goats, and so many Lookout points until we reached the Thermal Springs that Hippocrates himself used for deep healing.

And I manifested this retreat 6 years ago! Never could I have imagined the beautiful energy this place brings. I love this island!

The healing springs of Kos are born from fire and water. Heated by the undersea volcanoes of Nisyros, these mineral-rich waters rise from the earth and meet the Aegean in a natural alchemy.

Hippocrates, the father of medicine, prescribed bathing here to restore balance, ease pain, and renew the spirit. For centuries, pilgrims have journeyed to these springs, seeking transformation through the embrace of earth and water.

Today, the pilgrimage continues. The benefits remain timeless: detoxification, relief for body and joints, improved circulation, stress release, and spiritual renewal.
