This event is hosted in Bragg Creek and offers a full Mind-Body Reset plus simple tools to use at home if you want to:

What to expect:
1. Somatic Release Sequence
Let go of stress thatâs stored in the body on a cellular level while balancing the Nervous System. Here we go through a sequence of 7 postures (stretching and light exercise) and finish with a Psoas muscle release. Body and mind recalibrate (usually through a light shaking sensation).
This technique was originally developed by a M.D. to release symptoms of PTSD, stress and trauma and is an effective Mind-Body Reset.
2. Nidra Meditation
You re guided through a full body relaxation followed by a deep meditation. Gently drift into the relaxed Theta brainwave state and let your subconscious mind feel inspired by calming, positive messaging
3. Gentle Breathwork to activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System
4. Vagus Nerve Regulation: A visualization and sound exercise to stimulate the Vagus Nerve
