To our valued clients: Starting tomorrow, May 1st at 4pm, until May 7th at 10pm (hopefully!), access to Salt Water Wellness Centre and it's parking, will be a bit tricky.
Not impossible, but tricky!
Please allow extra travel time to navigate the posted detour routes before your appointment start time.
We will not be charging late fees during these dates - but please note that a late appointment before yours, might mean a late start to your time.
Lets all work together, and leave plenty of time ahead of schedule, to make sure appointments are not missed/cut into!

We've all been there.. a slip on the ice, a snow shovel too heavy, or even just the weather changing - back pain doesn't discriminate!
At Salt Water Wellness Centre, we offer acupuncture, massage and a full spectrum infrared sauna to help combat the reality of the pain; offered as stand alone services, or packaged for your enjoyment.
But if your schedule isn't allowing for some self care just yet, you can help your body at home or work too!
Hydrotherapy, the use of heat and cold, can help get you through, till you can get yourself on our table!
Heat is best for stiffness and muscle relaxation, whereas cold is best for pain and inflammation. Alternating both can maximize your relief.
