Feeling overwhelmed or hormonally off? Acupuncture can help!

We're all notorious for over doing it as soon as the weather's nice...

Here are some tips to prevent some of those spring time injuries:
*warm up and cool down your muscles before activities, including your feet and ankles
*stay hydrated, listen to your body
*don't play or exercise through the pain!
*check to make sure your shoes fit properly and support your feet correctly

Common injuries we see here at Salt, are for the most part, avoidable, especially if you're taking the steps to play/exercise/work safely. Keeping in mind your winter muscles need time and attention to become your summer muscles again ;)

But if you find yourself noticing those new muscles aren't so happy, give us a shout, and we'll do our best to get you moving again!
