While it is bittersweet, we would like to share that Stacey Wharton-Struyk will not be returning to the Cochrane Family Health Team.

Since joining the Cochrane Family Health Team in 2018, Stacey has been such an important part of our workplace; bringing compassion, dedication, and genuine care to both patients and colleagues. She has made a lasting impact on our community through the support and therapy she provided to so many.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and heart she brought to her work over the years.

While we’re so excited for her as she moves on to new opportunities, we wish her nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter.

Thank you, Stacey, for everything! You’ve made a difference that won’t be forgotten 💛
