Students, if you’re over 18 and want support, you can access help through the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program:

✅ free, evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)
✅ therapy for depression and anxiety-related concerns
✅ individual or group therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person
✅ self-led resources to practise self-care anytime

CBT teaches you how to change your patterns of behaviour and thinking. This can improve your mental health and make it easier to cope with difficult emotions and situations.

You don’t need a referral to access the OSP.

It is with deep sadness that we share that our Registered Social Worker, Stacey and her family have suffered the unexpected loss of their 6 month old son, Lincoln.

We’d like to extend this invitation to our Spaghetti Dinner to all members of the community in support of the family so they can focus on grieving and healing.

All proceeds will go directly to the family to assist with unexpected costs and time away from work.

This series is offered to families within the Northeastern Public Health area. This English series begins May 29, 2025.
