- $80 deposit is required upon booking , NON -REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
- 48 hours notice required to reschedule your appointment
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID, no
exceptions
- First touch up is free within 1 year
- We will not tattoo you if you are pregnant, nursing, sick or under the influence
- We have the right to refuse service if necessary

For Piercing :
- 16+ years old with valid photo ID
- For other piercings like nipple and genital you have to be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Earlobes 7+ years old
All facial piercing and tongue : 14+
- Septum, nose, tongue, eyebrow, snake bites, spider bites, vertical labret, monroe, medusa
- Helix : 12+
- Navel : 14+
- Complex cartilage : 13+
conch, industrial, daith, tragus
- Below 16 years old with parental consent ,you must provide valid photo ID or birth certificate and health care card or passport and parent/ legal guardian must have valid photo ID

Jewelry downsize : disposable fee of $5
Jewelry change/removal : $15 fee

- No REFUNDS/EXCHANGE on body jewelry
