🌿Sometimes the simplest poses bring the deepest release. 🧘♀️✨ Just tipping your head gently to the side, and breathing into the stretch — it’s a small movement that melts away built-up tension. The heat softens the muscles, the breath calms the mind. Pure presence. 🔥
These are some of my favorite yoga poses to do in the sauna:
✨ Cross-legged with gentle neck stretches
✨ Seated spinal twist
✨ Warrior pose
✨ Figure four (nerve flossing)
✨ Tabletop twist (& thread the needle)
And when I’m finished, I love to simply lay back on the bench in Savasana, focusing on slow, mindful breath-work. ✨
Always listen to your body, move mindfully, and keep it safe in the heat.
