We know as we come into the holiday season, this can be a hard time for many people. What is often thought of as a season of joy and peace can also bring many people feelings of sadness and grief. We believe that mental health is a huge part of overall wellness for everyone and try to help how we can.

Our mental health counsellor has experience working with all ages, with a special interest in supporting anxiety (general, social, panic, separation, phobias, and perfectionism), depression, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, complex family dynamics, life transitions (career change, relationship status, parental separation, etc.), grief and loss, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and general wellbeing.
