✨Microplastics are tiny plastic pieces that end up in our food, water, and even the air we breathe. Scientists say people consume thousands of these plastic bits every year 😫

The worst part? You might be eating or drinking them daily without realizing it. These tiny pieces, smaller than a grain of rice, come from broken down plastic items, synthetic fabrics, and industrial waste.

How do microplastics impact your health? 🤔
‼️Digestive Issues- microplastics can irritate the gut and disrupt healthy bacteria, possibly leading to inflammation and digestion problems
‼️Hormone imbalance- Many plastics contain chemicals that mess with hormones, which could lead to weight gain, fertility issues, and other health problems.

‼️Stop making food the reward!!! ‼️⭐️It’s life-changing!!! ⭐️✨For years I struggled with my body image, dieting, starving and experimenting—-but never finding a healthy balance. I was always under eating and then binging all at once—saying “meh, I worked out all week, I deserve it” ✨👌Which is true. Did I deserve something? Absolutely. But I worked hard!! I deserve to feel good. I deserve to look good. Does my food really have to be the reward? What else makes me feel good? I LOVED getting my nails done. So I told myself—-if I stick to my plan this week, I’ll go get those nails. Suddenly, I wasn’t binging anymore. I felt pretty. ✨It’s so common in the fitness industry to see clients questioning their body image. This is a deeply personal experience. But it stems from something so preventable—unrealistic goal setting. ✨

⭐️Often times clients will see pictures on the internet of women or men that are shredded, perfectly posed, in great lighting, with PROFESSIONAL photographers and think that this look is attainable for every day life—not always.

✨While some individuals have a more “natural” appearance, there are often times hours of work that goes into the process of those photos that you are seeing on the internet. Not only this—BODY TYPE!
