This month our team Power Hour was extra special as we celebrated our 8-year anniversary! We marked the occasion with delicious food from the new local spot 1948 Authentic Mediterranean Taste - 1948amt . It was definitely a crowd favourite and if you haven’t tried it yet we would highly recommend you do!

We also had the opportunity to observe Shawna’s newly acquired Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) skills as she provided professional demonstrations for the team. She is now booking FST sessions by calling the clinic or booking online!

Thank you to our team and community for your continued support over the past eight years. We look forward to many more. 💙

We’re so excited to announce that Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is back at Elevation Health! 🎉

We know many of our clients were disappointed when we could no longer offer this service and we’re thrilled to share that it’s finally returning.

Our Athletic Therapist, Shawna, is back from Vancouver after completing her certification last week and is now booking clients!

If you’re not familiar with FST, it’s a gentle, pain-free stretching technique that targets the fascia - the connective tissue surrounding your muscles and joints. It helps improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery, while also reducing tension and stiffness so you can move and feel your best.
