At Alberta Girl Body Therapy, our mission is to serve the orthopaedic needs of our clients through the application of various massage techniques and adjunctive modalities of body therapy, with the aim to help improve overall wellness and assist clients in achieving their orthopaedic goals.
This home-based practice provides a variety of services in the Cold Lake, AB area:
Group Body Therapy - 10 to 60 minute fully clothed chair or table massage sessions perfect for sports & charity events, corporate body breaks in office & field settings or other family/social gatherings
Nikki Froning, owner & operator, is a small town Alberta Girl with a passion for helping bodies find balance. Her intuitive approach to massage paired with a deep appreciation for self-care allows her to ensure that client goals are met with each session. Nikki likes to blend modalities and enjoys working on all types of clientele. Currently practising in Cold Lake, AB, she is a graduate of the 2200 Hour Remedial Massage Therapist program through MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and is a member in good standing with the Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapies Association.
Current Modalities Include: Swedish Relaxation Massage, Therapeutic Massage (including treatment for specific orthopaedic conditions, as well as intraoral, abdominal & gluteal work), Pre/Post-Natal Massage, Chair Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage for swelling due to injury, Manual Fascial Release, Joint Play, Trigger Point Release and Hydrotherapy.
