This is why it is so important to understand and forge a strong connection with our full Self

We are on the cusp of a major energetic shift on our beautiful planet and many are ill equipped to ride the oncoming wave.

Each of our Souls chose to be on the planet at this time for a reason- it isn't happenstance or good/bad luck.

Some pretty well known and respected folks have had a lot to say about energy and why we ought to be paying closer attention to it:

Nikola Tesla said “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”

And Leonardo DaVinci said that “Everything connects to everything else”.

We seem to have a hard time remembering this in our human form and yet what I know now is that maintaining a higher vibration and using that to remain in relationship with my Higher Self and Spirit Guides has helped me weather and rise above some pretty profound storms in my life.

It has been 7 years since I last offered this series of workshops. My team of Spirit helpers has been encouraging me to offer them again at this time so I have updated and reworked them to respond to where we are in the world today.

To that end, I am partnering with sound healer Heather Cook of Nomadic Soul Sustained Wellness who will be supporting our endeavors to connect with our Higher Self, Spirit Guides, and Soul Self in the Akashic Records with the use of a variety of sound healing instruments and tools helping to hold open a higher and more connected vibration for workshop participants to tap into to support their own journeys and learning.

Heather has a unique offering and intends to take her sound healing on the road and out into nature in her converted van so this workshop series might be the only opportunity to experience this particular pairing.

I have never before seen so many people recognizing that they are struggling with feeling down, anxious, and trying to deal with other significant mental and emotional challenges.

There are far too many who feel alone and lonely, disconnected, and constantly seeking distraction from out there to make themselves feel better.

My own Spirit Guides and the Guides in the Akashic Records tell me that this is because so many are so disconnected from Self which isn't allowing our innate inner guidance systems to function in service to our highest good and the highest good of all.

If you are seeking a connection with your full Self and your own team of Spirit guides and are looking for some simple to learn tools on how to do that, this workshop (and maybe the next one too!) is for you!

Let's come together with purpose to forge strong connections so we can stand firmly in our human experiences, supported and guided by our own Divinity.

I have had a few 'that day' kind of days that have changed the trajectory of my life, more than once.

One of the things that has supported me through those days, is the unshakable relationship I have with my Spirit Guides. Their guidance and support has helped me through some of the toughest days, helping me to understand what I am supposed to know from those lived experiences and how to best navigate through them.

May is an opportune time for seed planting and growth and I can't think of a better way to encourage personal growth than to learn how to connect with our Higher Self and Spirit Guides.

The Higher Self aspect of Self has access to so much more information and knowing about the REAL you than our Conscious Self so can help support and guide us in uncertain times about our spiritual contracts and what we set out for ourselves in this current life because our Higher Self has access to all our thoughts, goals, intentions, feelings, and wonderings.

Our Spirit Guides have signed on to support the human life we planned before we ever arrived here and always have our highest good as their primary order of business. They are always available to help and assist us and when we develop an ongoing relationship with them, the connection gets easier to access and maintain.

Connecting with and fostering a relationship with both helps us to live in congruency with our full and true Self instead of being derailed by ego and the attention seeking chaos in the world around us.

This workshop will allow you to experience connecting with both your Higher Self and at least one of your Spirit guides along with teaching you how to do this for yourself going forward.

Living well means many things to many people.

For me, that includes a strong connection to Self so that I can continue to live my purpose while inspiring and supporting others to do the same.

Life can be challenging but when we have a strong relationship with our true Self, we have access to more information that is available in the energetic waves all around us which helps us to live in energetic alignment and integrity with ourselves, creating and fostering abundance from a place of love and safety instead of living in fear and conflict.

These are not my words but they speak to my heart.

As The Chapter Closes...

As we stand at the threshold of another year's end, our hearts hold both shadows and light.
2024 brought us moments that tested our strength, taught us resilience, and showed us who truly stands beside us when storms gather.
To those we lost - your absence echoes in the quiet moments, but your love continues to guide us forward.
To the challenges that brought us to our knees - thank you for showing us we are stronger than we knew.
Some of us carry scars that the world cannot see, fought battles in silence, and found courage in the darkest hours.
Yet here we stand, breathing, hoping, dreaming still.
Tonight, we release the weight of what was, honoring both our tears and triumphs. They have shaped us, but they do not define our tomorrow.
As the sun sets on this chapter, we gather our hopes like stars, ready to paint them across a fresh canvas. Tomorrow brings not just a new year, but a chance to begin again - wiser, braver, and more grateful for each breath we share.

To 2024 - thank you for your lessons.

To 2025 - we step toward you with open hearts, ready to write new stories of love, healing, and possibility.

May we all find peace in letting go and courage in beginning anew.

Resonating profoundly with this...

May I step into December like a quiet stream melting through soft winter fields, flowing gently toward where I am meant to go. Let the sharp winds of this season strip away all that is brittle and lifeless, leaving my branches bare but alive with potential. In the quiet of the earth’s rest, may I find a quiet ignition in my own soul, an awakening to the seeds of resilience and untamed beauty within me. Let my roots stretch deep into the soil of truth where authenticity thrives and my essence remains untouched by the noise of what no longer serves. As the frost blankets the ground, may I surrender to the cycles of letting go, knowing that in this sacred stillness I am preparing to bloom again.
