In true fashion, it turns out I continue to show up exactly as I am.

In a previous video I acknowledged I like to jump with both feet into the deep end and “go all in” when I try something new. 👣💦

Well, it seems despite my thoughts on taking it slow and avoiding burnout, I’ve instead embraced an 8-week program shred that is sure to be intense, but guess what?

I can do hard things. 🏋️
And so can you! 💪
