SWEAT AND CHILL RETREAT
We offer it quarterly due to popular demand - winter, spring, summer and fall. Half day sweat, other half CHILL. Jam packed day to energize then CHILL.
All levels as we have modifications and variations for everything.
Join us for the Sweat and Soothe Winter Retreat on Sat February 7th from 9:00 am - 4:00pm.
Snowshoe, Upper Body Sculpt, Mat Pilates CORE, Healthy Lunch, Soothing Stretch and Hot Stone Relaxation Class.
All levels – we modify with variations so everyone can be at their level.

ITINERARY:
• 9:00am: Arrival & Settle In
• 9:15am: Snow Shoe or Spin Class
• 10:15am: Energy Ball Snack Break
• 10:30am: Upper Body Strength (40 min with light weights)
• 11:20am: Mat Pilates Core Focus (30 min)
• 12:00pm: Healthy Lunch
• 12:45pm: Wellness Circle Discussion
• 1:20pm: Gentle Stretch Happy Hips (30 min)
• 2:00pm: Break & Reset
• 2:15pm: Signature Hot Stone Relaxation Class (90 min of bliss)
PICTURE IT - The Morning Energy Burn session includes a refreshing snow shoe walk or spin class, invigorating mat Pilates, a motivational talk to ignite your inner fire, and an empowering upper body sculpt session. Our Midday Reset is a pause and refuel with a delicious, healthy lunch. Afternoon Unwind eases us into the afternoon with a gentle “Happy Hips & Back” stretch session, designed to melt tension and open the body. This is followed by our GRANDE FINAL letting go completely in the 90-minute HOT STONE Relaxation Class — a blissful blend of soothing hot stone restorative techniques, pampering touches, and magical extras that will leave you floating.
