I had the absolute honor of co-facilitating a Sound Bath and Reiki session with the incredibly talented Nicole from The Sideroad Studio in Nottawa. 🌕

​The studio is nestled on 4 acres of stunning, peaceful woodland the most perfect, sacred container to connect and create magic. We felt so deeply privileged to guide a circle of such beautiful women through this journey of sound and high vibrational energy. 🌿🤍🖤🤍

Even with the rainy Saturday weather outside, the energy inside the cozy fitness room was pure magic. There is truly nothing better than getting cuddled up with pillows and blankets and letting the vibrations of the bowls wash over you.

Thank you to everyone who joined me tonight at Living Water Resort for our Saturday Sound Bath. The room felt like a gentle breath, vibration, and community moving as one.

As we begin to shift out of Uranus’ seven year chapter, many of us are feeling old patterns dissolve and new pathways shimmer into view. Uranus is the planet of awakening, disruption, and liberation and leaving its long cycle often feels like stepping out of a storm into clearer air.

Here’s to fresh clarity, softened edges, and the courage to follow what feels true.
