Join us at Sky Camp with Anita from The Crystal Lounge. Anita creates an immersive sound bath experience that releases tension, balances energy, and guides you into deep relaxation. it feels sublime.

Start with a walk on the trails or stretch on the deck or in the dome. 🚶🏻🚶🏻‍♀️
The sauna will be toasty on arrival to feed deep heat and ease tension.
Surrounded by nature and the glow of crystal tones, you’ll be invited to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Today I returned to the corner of my home where my singing bowls once had a loyal listener.
Alfie used to sit and listen and sleep to their melodic tone drifting into dreams as the tones moved through the room. 🐕🩵
Since his passing, I’ve avoided this space the silence felt too sharp.

But today wasn’t about playing.
It was about shifting the energy, sitting in stillness, and letting peace settle where grief has been living.
A quiet practice. A gentle breath. A small step back toward harmony. 💖😌

Sound Bath With a Difference Tonight ✨

Instead of gathering in the fitness room, tonight we shifted into something a little more magical a seated sound bath in the theater.

Thank you to everyone who joined this unexpected, cozy, cinematic version of our practice. Sometimes a change of space opens a new doorway and tonight, the sound truly had room to soar.
