Last night at , the sound bath was more than healing it was a portal. As vibrations rippled through the room, something shifted. Not just within us, but within the space itself.

Carrie, the heart behind Glimmer, is expanding her beautiful rock shop into a larger retail haven. Like crystals growing in silence, her vision is unfolding bold, radiant, and rooted in love.

Today, September 20th, the moon pauses. A cosmic inhale before the exhale of autumn. Change is inevitable. Leaves fall, spaces grow, energies realign. But some things like soul friendships and sacred gatherings remain.

This morning I had the absolute joy of visiting Clarksburg near Thornbury, where I met the radiant soul behind Let me tell you this space is pure magic. Overflowing with love, light, and energy, it felt like stepping into a sanctuary of everything I hold dear. 🌿💫

Jodi and I shared a beautiful conversation about sound, energy, and the powerful story of how this sacred space came to life. I’m beyond excited to announce that we’ll be collaborating on some truly transformative journeys together. Stay tuned what’s coming is going to be special. 🙏

The rooftop at Living Water Resorts was calling… but the weather had other plans. 🌧️
So, with 11 adventurous guests in tow, we set off on a spontaneous hunt for a new space and found ourselves in the cozy little theater. 🎭✨

After a bit of playful chaos (and a last-minute code scramble), we settled in and let the evening unfold with a beautiful Sound Bath session. The bowls sang, the energy shifted, and the space held us perfectly.

To everyone who joined this unexpected journey thank you. You were open, present, and absolutely amazing. 💫

🌅 Our final evening at Sunset Point, wrapped in golden light and community love.

All summer long, Lauri and Nav have offered free Thursday yoga sessions and I was lucky to join them for the last three. Sharing my sound baths alongside their practice has been such a joy.

🌬️✨ Wind-whipped waves and a dramatic sunset set the stage tonight at Sunset Point in Collingwood, where we gathered for a soul-nourishing yoga and sound bath with the incredible Lauri and Nav.

Despite the cool temps and gusty winds, a beautiful group showed up, grounded down, and embraced the elements with open hearts and steady breath. Nature reminded us that peace isn’t always found in stillness it’s found in presence.

Tonight at Sunset Point in Collingwood was pure serenity. With the golden sky melting into Georgian Bay, we gathered with and the ever-inspiring Nav for a yoga experience that felt like poetry in motion.

🧘‍♀️ Guided by their incredible instruction, we flowed with intention, grounded ourselves in nature, and let the gentle rhythm of breath carry us into stillness. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the sound bath began waves of gong and vibration washing over us like a lullaby from the universe.

It wasn’t just yoga. It was a soul reset. A reminder to inhale peace, exhale presence, and reconnect with the quiet power within.
