YOU IN MIND SUPPORT GROUP – FALL SESSION BEGINS SEPTEMBER 9TH!

Do you or someone you love struggle with depression or anxiety? You're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. šŸ’›

Join us for our next You In Mind support group, starting Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
šŸ“… Runs for 8 weeks
šŸŒ Open to everyone
šŸ¤ Safe, supportive, and non-faith-based
šŸ™ Optional 2-week faith-based support offered at the end for those interested.

This group is for anyone personally dealing with mental health challenges or wanting to better support a loved one who is.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

1 in 5.
That’s how many people face mental illness every year.

It could be your friend. Your partner. Your kid. It could be you.
Even if it’s not your fight, you’re in it—because you love someone who’s struggling.

Now, about that semicolon:
It’s a pause.
Not an end.
It says, ā€œThere’s more to this story.ā€

That’s what living with depression or anxiety feels like.
It makes you stop. Rest. Breathe.
But it doesn’t finish your sentence.

I’m more than my worst days.
More than the voice in my head.
My story keeps going. So does yours.

Talk about it.
Write it.
Sing it.
Share it.
There’s no shame in the truth.

Feeling the weight of depression can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t define your strength or your worth. Depression isn’t a weakness—it’s a challenge many of us face, and reaching out for support is one of the bravest things you can do.

You are not alone, and there is no shame in seeking help. Together, we can share, connect, and find hope in the midst of life’s struggles.

Join us for our next Support Group Session starting on Monday, January 13, at 7:00 PM to find understanding and encouragement in a safe, welcoming space. It's based on a drop in model so don't feel like you can't attend if you miss a night or two.
