Happy Monday!
This is an appreciation post for my newly appointed mentor!
I met when I joined the snow school in 2023. She has been an immense help to me as I re-entered the snowboard world of teaching after a twenty gap! She has been instrumental in all my successes since returning to snow: the completion of my LV2, my LV1 and I am thrilled to be paired with her for the 2025/2026 season to continue knocking those goals off my list! Freestyle LV 1 is next!

What began as a dream is now a living sanctuary — a space devoted to movement, sound, ceremony, and community. Every detail has been infused with intention, and soon, it comes alive with you.

Our Grand Opening evening unfolds as a sacred progression:

We begin with a guided gong activation led by Zena of Divinely Rooted, clearing old energy and creating space for new beginnings.

We then flow into a 60-minute yoga practice led by studio owner Nicole McMullin, inviting presence, strength, and openness into the body.

The night closes in deep surrender with a savasana bathed in sound, offered by Anita of The Crystal Lounge, allowing the nervous system to soften and the magic to integrate.
