Confession: the other day, I felt tired and “out of sorts".
Maybe it was a rough night of sleep...
Maybe it was not enough food for my activities...
Either way, I wasn’t feeling great.
But I still had clients to coach and family commitments after work. Life doesn’t pause just because you’re dragging.
So here’s what I do on days like that:
✅ Step outside for five minutes of fresh air
✅ I drink a big glass of water
✅ I turn on some fun music
It’s not perfect. But it helps.
And when you stack the small stuff, it makes a big difference.
