counselling is moving! 📢

Starting this week, counselling will no longer be offered on Mondays at the Wasaga Beach Medical Clinic and will now be offered on Fridays at the South Georgian Bay Community Health Centre.

Do you have questions about perimenopause or menopause?🤔

In collaboration with the South Georgian Bay OHT, Dr. Jennifer Tomas, a gynecologist in Collingwood, will be hosting a community presentation to provide people with a deeper understanding of perimenopause and menopause. She will be reviewing the body changes, symptoms and management options. Through this presentation she hopes to, empower women with information about their bodies, so they can make healthy lifestyle choices and advocate for their needs to their health care providers.

More about Dr. Jennifer Tomas ➡️ she is a community-based gynecologist in Collingwood, ON. She is the co-founder of Collingwood Women's Health Clinic and current regional Cervical Screening and Colposcopy Lead for North Simcoe Muskoka. She has a special interest in perimenopause and menopause care, contraception and sexual health and colposcopy. She is a member of the SOGC, Canadian Menopause Society and Society of Canadian Colposcopists.
