Laboratory hours:
Monday - Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Nursing still available 1 hour after last blood draw
The lab is staffed by a nurse who draws blood and provides the results within a short turn around time span in patient’s EMR. The nurse also performs many other services like ECGs, pulmonary functions, TRU-blood-pressure readings, 24 hr blood pressure monitoring and ankle-brachial index testing. Various injections are given such as B12, allergy shots and travel vaccines to name a few. The Flu shot clinics are held in our lab In the fall. Other services performed dressing changes, application of liquid nitrogen for plantar warts and Aclasta infusions for osteoporosis. Office Hours:

After Hours Clinic (AHC) – Please call the Collingwood Medical Centre first when you are ill to see if your doctor can fit you in as we keep slots open each day for this. If this is not possible, you may access care at the AHC located at 186 Erie St., Collingwood. AHC Hours - Mon-Fri. 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Sat. & Sun. 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Closed Holidays
