As a long time RMT, I see some recurring patterns. One in particular is called:
UPPER CROSS SYNDROME
where the muscles along the chest wall + anterior neck are shortened + tug on the muscles of the upper back. We often feel the symptoms as stiffness/tension/headaches + even jaw pain.

This workshop addresses the muscles of the chest (including breast tissue) and the upper back through guided self massage and yoga postures to:
• stand taller
• breathe better
• connect to your body
•find relaxation

Who could attend?
•rotator cuff injury
• chronic headaches
• post-natal postural strain
• post-breast surgery
•TMJ issues
