My name is Teshla Nowak.
While the world may label me as an RMT, I’ve always felt called to be something deeper — a healer. Massage therapy was the beginning of my journey, the foundation that helped me understand the body through touch.

But there is so much more unfolding.

I’m currently studying the biomagnetic field, exploring tuning forks, and deepening my connection with Reiki. My intention is to bring these modalities together into a unique style of bodywork that supports balance, alignment, and healing for the whole person.
