Welcome to day 96 of January!! 🤪

I hope you’ve been engaging in restorative winter season activities- cozy blankets, warm teas, gentle walks….heated cushy massage tables 😉

Well it’s almost February and that means a bigger chance of getting out of this deep freeze.

It ALSO means it’s the time of year where I personally declare February to be the month of Self Love & Care💕

We tend to get bombarded with romantic images of couples, chocolate hearts, overpriced roses, and cheesy Hallmark movies this time of the year.

But I like to use February as a month to rekindle the most important relationship we can ever have… And that is with ourselves.

Loving and caring for ourselves is not conditional on relationship status, monetary wealth, level of success, or emotional resilience.

We’ve been dealing with a lot and the world continues to feel unstable (to say the least)

Our “job” is to hold the line, stay grounded, focus on peaceful activities and take care of our gentle souls.

The Year of the Fire Horse 🐎🔥

The Year of the Fire Horse begins on 17th February 2026, and I can already feel its energy stirring — quietly, steadily, and with purpose.

This past year, the Year of the Snake, has asked so much of me.
It’s been a year of shedding — layer by layer — things I once thought I needed to survive.

Old skins, old stories, old ways of holding myself together.
There have been moments of deep challenge, moments that asked more of my heart and my nervous system than I ever expected.

And yet, through it all, I’ve kept listening.

Kept breathing.
Kept showing up — even when I wanted to disappear for a while.
This year has asked me to soften and strengthen at the same time.
To let go without collapsing.

To trust that in releasing what no longer serves, something more aligned would one day take its place.
And now, as we step toward the Fire Horse, I feel something shifting.

The Fire Horse carries the energy of truth, movement, and quiet courage.
It invites us to step forward honestly — not pushing, not forcing — but allowing ourselves to be seen as we really are.

For me, this year feels like a gentle turning point.
A moment to breathe again.
To welcome lightness, connection, and goodness back in.
To trust that after so much letting go, it is okay to receive.

The Fire Horse reminds us that power doesn’t come from striving.
It comes from alignment.
From listening to our bodies.
From walking beside life rather than against it.

As this new cycle begins, I’m opening my heart to what’s next — with gratitude for what’s shaped me, and hope for what’s still to come.

May this year bring each of us the courage to keep moving forward,
the softness to rest when we need to,
and the trust to believe that good things are allowed to find us too. 🐎🔥
