We are SO excited to be back outside again! ☀️👶 After a long, cold winter, our Postpartum Walking Group is starting up again on May 5th—and we can’t wait to see everyone (and how much your babies have grown 💛).

Join us weekly:
✨ Tuesdays at 1:00pm – 245 Eleventh Line (off Mountain Road)
✨ Thursdays at 11:00am – beside the splash pad in Collingwood

Fresh air, connection, and community—come as you are, babies and all.

📣 Reminder: Please check our social media stories before heading out, as walks may be cancelled in case of inclement weather.

We’ve missed you and can’t wait to walk together again! 🌿

After Baby Group is back!

Join us virtually for our next 8-week series starting Tuesday January 20th | 10:30–11:30am.

This group is a welcoming, judgment-free space to connect with other parents and talk openly about life after baby. We’ll explore topics like:

✨ Self-care & self-compassion
✨ Relationship changes

Whether you’re struggling, coping, or just curious — you’re not alone. This is a space to feel heard, supported, and seen.

Mother Nature came in hot this week… and by hot, we mean icy, snowy, blowy, and making our favourite trails a little too tricky to navigate!

To keep everyone safe (and upright!), our Monday + Thursday Outdoor Group Postpartum sessions are on pause until spring.

We can’t wait to get back outside with you once the weather cooperates again. 🌷💛

Please note that in December, our bereavement group will meet on the THIRD Wednesday of the month (December 17th). Otherwise, it’s at the same time & same place.

If you are struggling with the loss of a pregnancy or newborn, you don’t have to walk the journey alone. There is support. is a parent-led group offering support, connection & hope after pregnant and infant loss.

Join them on a bereaved mother’s walk on December 10th at 10am, and join us December 17th 1-3pm .gt for our monthly support group.
