We quite often don't give them much thought unless there is a problem...
YOUR FEET!
This is a question I get asked all the time.
What is it you do, what is foot care?

Foot care focuses on the prevention and maintenance of the health of your feet.
We discuss foot anatomy, function, and how your gait affects what is happening to your feet. Foot ware is also a factor in foot form and function.
Specifically, calluses, corns, nail damage, and skin health.

Play keeps you young!

One thing I’ve observed is how important play is, especially when life is busy and can be so structured.

Small moments of joy — walking in nature, gardening, laughing with friends, dancing to music, and doing something just because it feels good often brings us back into balance.

Play brings lightness, reduces stress, lifts our mood, and helps us reconnect with ourselves.

WE NEED TO PLAY!! This is your reminder to find a little play in every day! 💛

Green from the inside out… hello kiwi!
Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with one of nature’s most powerful little fruits.

Did you know?
• Kiwi has more vitamin C than an orange
• Supports collagen → hello glowing skin
• Aids digestion (great for gut + skin connection)
• Packed with antioxidants to fight dullness

Today's forecast: Rain
Spring is slowly waking up around us, brighter skies, melting snow, and longer days.
It's a beautiful time to support your skin from within. Spring is a good time to naturally cleanse through food and nutrition.
5 simple habits for glowing spring skin:
Hydrate well — water helps keep skin plump and supports circulation.

Eat healthy fats — avocado, olive oil, nuts, and seeds support the skin barrier.

Choosecolorfull foods — berries, greens, and carrots provide antioxidants for skin health.

Move your body — fresh air and gentle movement improve circulation and skin vitality.

Ensure good sleep rituals — your skin repairs and regenerates overnight.
Healthy skin is always a reflection of what’s happening both inside and out.

The beauty in the breath

In a world where it seems everywhere we turn, whether daily news or social media, it's like stepping onto a roller coaster of chaos!
Take 5 min minimum for a daily peace ritual. The breath is always there. it's always with you to come back to and be present with when needed.
Take a moment, pause...place your hands over your heart and take 5 deep intentional breaths. In through the nose, slow purposeful and down to your belly, allow everything to fill. Slowly, gently exhale, allowing your navel to cinch back in. With each inhale feel, peace flow into your body.

This is a simple yet powerful practice that activates the para-sympathetic nervous system. Helping you to enter a state of relaxation and calm. This mindful ritual encourages the release of oxytocin, referred to as the love hormone. A hormone that helps reduce stress and anxiety and promotes a deep sense of well-being.

We are still in LOVE month.
I've been doing a little, well a lot of thinking about LOVE.
What is love?
What does love FEEL like?

It has brought me down a path of reading more about TCM, traditional Chinese medicine. This is something that resonates with me best.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Heart governs joy, connection, and spirit.
When the heart is calm, the Shen is settled.
When the Shen is settled, we feel safe, clear, and connected.
February isn’t just about romance.
It’s about nourishing the heart.

All love requires safety & trust.
Our nervous system needs that for us to be able to soften and feel supported. Not unlike a calm and centered deep breath....
Let it wash over you. Let it warm you with a loving glow. 🤍 💗 ❤️

All about LOVE 💗
Healthy skin loves healthy flow

Lymphatic facial massage and gentle, somatic touch support drainage, reduce congestion, and calm the nervous system — inviting balance, glow, and deep relaxation.
Breathwork, essential oils, aromatic waters, and gently circulated Palo Santo create a deeply relaxing, welcoming space to unwind and restore.

It might be a tough climb up, but it's always worth it!

This was a trek the other day, Stanley 🐕 didn't want to come (he's in hibernation), so I said, "Come on, let's do this! I was so glad I did. The view at the top was blinding!!
I swear there is zero filter on this. It was so bright my eyes watered, and I could hardly even see to take the photo.
I am grateful for this moment, I am grateful for my health & body, and that it allows me to do the things I love with the people I love ❤️

Hello February! Thank you for arriving so beautifully. You came at the perfect time. You showed us it's worth the wait. ❤️
I love every moment of February so far.
Simple goal, simple wish:
February notoriously known by some for love and therefore associated with couples, cupids arrow, Valentines Day.

What if we make it about LOVE in general? Love of all kinds! Let's focus on abundance and magic in our everyday lives.
Here's the challenge: LOVE every day, be love, show love, give love, make love! Do all the love.
Make the effort to do simple acts of kindness for others, do them for yourself! I'll be posting here with self-love tips and ways to incorporate love this month. ✨️

I'd love it if you would comment something that you're comfortable sharing about LOVE.
