Join us at Sunset Point in Collingwood for FREE one-hour yoga classes throughout the summer, every Thursday from 7-8 p.m., June 26-Sept. 4, weather permitting.

Yogies of Collingwood! Lauri is back from her Soul Journeys to Nepal and the Maldives (make sure you're following She Ventures on IG: https://www.instagram.com/sheventuresoutdoors) and we've started talking about another summer yoga series. Stay tuned - only 1354324223 more days of winter! In the meanwhile, Lauri and Nav are hosting two yoga and wellness retreats: one single-day reset on Sat., Jan. 31 in Newmarket, Ontario; and a six-night, seven-day retreat in Nicaragua in late February (OMGGGGGG!). CWood Yogies! We miss you dearly! And we have great local news: One half of your dynamic Sunset Point teaching duo—Nav!—is teaching at Everlove on Thursday eve! Nav’s also going to begin teaching there Tuesday nights beginning Nov. 25: a gentle flow and stretch at 7:30 pm 😃😃😃 Check out the Everlove website, and make sure you say hi if you roll through! We had a great time Saturday night at our full moon flow! Huge shouts to Angel Wings Yoga and to everyone who came out, we raised $160 for My Friend's House — every dollar counts! We are so grateful, and we’ll be flowing with the Yogies in spirit tonight!

If you’re looking for a flow, your second-favourite instructor Nav is teaching a gentle warm candleLIT class Wednesday nights at Mantra Yoga in Thornbury from 7-8 p.m., and we’ll soon share more goodness about an upcoming retreat Lauri’s hosting in November. Mark your calendars, Yogies: We’re running a FREE FULL MOON YOGA FLOW AND FIRE DANCE on Saturday, Sept. 6 from 9-10 p.m. at Sunset Point in Collingwood! Cash donations are welcome and will be collected for My Friend's House. Also, and best: the inimitable Angel from Angel Wings Yoga is bringing her fire-dance skills to the park, and we can’t wait!
