As this year comes to a close, I just want to say thank you for the support you’ve shown us over the past year.⁠ ⁠

Some of you have been here since the very beginning, eleven years ago when I first started offering holistic facial treatments in Collingwood. ⁠ ⁠

For over a decade this work has been living, breathing, evolving always intuitively led.⁠ ⁠

I wanted to share that I’ve been working on something new that I’ll be offering in the new year. In many ways it feels like it’s been quietly brewing for the past eleven years.⁠ ⁠

It’s not a new skincare product. I genuinely believe our existing Skin Frequency line supports a wide range of skin concerns in a simple, thoughtful and effective way. ⁠ ⁠

What I’ve been creating, supports something deeper that’s connected to skin, healing and care, that goes beyond the surface. ⁠ ⁠

It’s inspired by the layers underneath, the parts of care that aren’t always supported, but matter just as much.⁠ ⁠ I can’t wait to share more in 2026!⁠

New Facial Offering! Gua Sha + Buccal
I started doing Buccal (interoral massage) in Feb 2020 after training in New York with Yakov Gershkovich. I discontinued using this technique during the pandemic but feel like its time to bring it back!

Stiff muscles in the face can cause unhealthy blood flow and poor lymphatic circulation. This means that tissues do not receive enough nutrients and oxygen, thus resulting in inadequate detoxification that can cause dull complexion, puffiness, and drooping. That’s where a buccal massage comes in.

Using medical-grade gloves Buccal massage takes place inside the mouth. Lifting and releasing tension in the jaw, cheekbones and lips. The massage improves blood circulation and stimulates repair pathways in the skin and promotes younger-looking tissue.
