Oct 2021 will always be one of the most transformative months of my life.

Giving birth to our daughter in our own home was my dream. And I worked really hard to ensure that came to be.

People often say I was “lucky”

What they don’t see is the many months of practicing breathwork, repeating affirmations, studying, reading, learning, (and unlearning) and watching other birth videos. I worked for this.

We are built to birth 💕

Let’s be clear… this is my journey. I respect that yours is your own. This is not a comparison game.

I do not workout as much as I did prior to being pregnant. 🤷‍♀️ some days I’m not feeling it physically or emotionally. BUT I respect that my body knows what is best for me and on the days where I hear that inner voice speak up for a sweat session, it is my duty to listen.

Today’s workout wasn’t about the sweat (although it was incredibly sweaty) but it was about reclaiming my power and hearing my voice speak loudly to me about my inner strength and power. prenatal rides almost always bring me to tears as I rediscover my power and knowing.

Pure gratitude for my body today at almost 30 weeks 👌💕

20% - the ones who chose not to outsource their power ✨

As I lean in to true unwavering ownership of my health, I am learning how rare it is really is.

I have always felt a real responsibility to take action and to never truly outsource my power and to seek inwards first to find answers.

The occasions where I have sought external approval or guidance that wasn’t in alignment with my soul, it takes a toll on me.

What does this have to work oils and vitamins? Everything.

These natural products are my commitment to myself, everyday.
They teach me to take ownership and responsibility everyday for my health and life.

As this country continues to limit the freedom of those who choose to not outsource their health (the 20%) I choose to lean in harder to personal ownership. 👊
