✨ Meet Dr. Alexas Byrne! ✨

I’m so excited to introduce Dr. Alexas Byrne, Comber’s newest chiropractor and a Comber local through and through! 💙

Dr. Alexas grew up right here in Comber, spending over a decade as a competitive figure skater and swimmer. Her journey into chiropractic began at just 15 years old after a lower back injury during a skating competition. Experiencing firsthand how chiropractic care helped her heal without medication sparked a passion that ultimately led her to this profession.

Dr. Alexas has a special interest in pediatrics, women’s health, and family care. She has worked with patients of all ages—from infants to seniors—and brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every visit.
She uses a variety of techniques including Diversified manual adjusting, Activator, drop piece work, and soft tissue therapies, and also holds certifications in Nimmo, postpartum rehabilitation, and Functional Integrated Acupuncture. With a strong interest in rehabilitation, weight training, and holistic wellness, Dr. Alexas tailors care to support each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle.

Dr. Alexas earned her Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences, graduating in March 2025.

Looking for a way to move your body, rebuild strength, and bring your little one along?
I’m excited to offer this Move With Mom Strength Series designed specifically for postpartum moms who want to feel strong, supported, and connected — without needing childcare.

✨ What to expect:
- Safe, postpartum-friendly strength exercises
- Baby-inclusive movements (babies welcome to feed, nap, fuss, or giggle!)
- Focus on core, posture, and full-body strength

- 8 classes total (2x per week)
- 45–50 minutes per class
- $200 for the full series

From pouring cement to painting the walls- Every week brings a new challenge, a new learning curve, a new piece of the puzzle locked into place. It's hard to believe this place has transformed from an idea to reality. It's so close I can taste it!
Welcoming all of you to this space is so special. I know so many of you enjoy your visits to my home clinic for the sense of comfort and calm that it brings and I want to reassure you that this space is all of that plus more. I've carefully thought out the layout and design to include- a space for your kids to play and learn while you receive treatment, a bathroom equipped with a change table and all toileting supplies for littles, and soundproofed rooms to ensure privacy for those difficult conversations- I'm so grateful you feel safe to confide in me.
My clinic always has been and always will be a 'come as you are' space.
I'm excited and I know you are, too! Only a couple more weeks!
