Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with the Peach & Mango Habanero Salsa and Mexican Fiesta Rub & Seasoning! Let's Fiesta!

BEEF TOSTADAS
• 1 lb. (.454 kg) lean ground beef
• 1/3 cup water
• ¼ cup Peach & Mango Habanero Salsa
• 1 Tbsp. Mexican Fiesta Rub & Seasoning
• 4 cups lettuce, shredded
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Tomatoes, diced
• 8-10 tostada shellls

In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble ground beef until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes; drain off liquid. Add water, salsa and Mexican Fiesta Rub & Seasoning. Simmer until thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat. Layer tostadas shells with meat mixture, lettuce, shredded cheese and diced tomatoes. Add a dollop of sour cream or drizzle with Awesome Dressing (below).

Awesome Dressing
• ¼ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. Awesome Everything Sauce
• Squeeze of fresh lime
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine, refrigerate until ready to use.
